XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX acct. # XXXX the last payment amount XXXX on my Equifax credit report does not match the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX the amount XXXX. ( See attached XXXX XXXX letter dated XX/XX/2021 and Equifax credit report file # XXXX. This is a violation of the FCRA 611 1681i. Please delete this account from my Equifax consumer credit report now and send me a corrected copy of my credit report
