I have reviewed my consumer report and find that LVNV funding is still reporting after a cease and desist letter was sent to them on XX/XX/2021. The letter specifies no third party communication. Not only that, the account was deleted and reinserted without notice to me the consumer in writing under 15 USC 1681i ( B ) ( ii ). They also have not given me the right to validate the alleged debt by sending an audit trail for validation.
