Upon doing a IDR ( income driven repayment ) plan on my original XXXX loan taken out in XXXX, I received XXXX ( XXXX ) notices from Great Lakes XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX stating that the XXXX XXXX account with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, in both emails are Paid-In-Full. However, once it showed paid-in-full, I got an alert from XXXX and now shows the same loan with the EXACT information opened on XX/XX/XXXX, which i NEVER opened a new loan. This is an existing loan from XXXX. They are refusing to take this off my credit report after multiple disputes.
