Consumer Narrative
Recently I switched banks and notified the creditor of the new bank account, and requested that my autopay be updated to withdraw from the new account. Instead of updating autopay, they cancelled it altogether. After this, they also made it extremely difficult to log back into the payment portal ; even using my valid username and password, they required me to input a one-time passcode, but never sent the passcode despite several attempts from me to retrieve it.
