I received an email from BMWF Collections dept yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX, requesting I call them directly. This email was received after I sent a direct message on BMWF site with intentions to pay, received and replied to by a XXXX, I believe is the name.. I called BMWF line at XXXX, spoke with a XXXX I believe is her name, provided intentions to pay XXXX past amount of XXXX. A bill payment is scheduled for today, XX/XX/XXXX. in the amount of {$140.00}, another payment in the amount of {$500.00} will be made this coming week, another payment in the amount of {$200.00} by XX/XX/XXXX. I believe these payments should cover XXXX. On a side note, a payment confirmation email was received today showing a payment in the amount of {$900.00} made on XX/XX/XXXX, I believe, in which case this appears to be an error on end of BMWF, sending an email from a payment made in XXXX For whatever reason, the payment could not be taken out of the account, ending in XXXX. I was told account is frozen when it is not, other payees are able to withdraw, do not show frozen. BMWF should correct this error, sending a payment confirmation email from XXXX which was not withdrawn, account is frozen, according to their records.. Also, please note my payment intention to cover past due month of XXXX.
