Carmax XXXX XXXX is reporting a billing error. You can not report income on a consumer report and it must be excluded pursuant 15 usc 1681a ( A ) ( 2 ) ( I ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.. A charge off is a loss or expense. I am requesting to see proof of a 1099C form. Reporting unfair and inaccurate information on my consumer report has ruined my reputation and violates 12 cfr 1022. I do not agree.
