I purchased a home in XXXX, Fl. in XX/XX/XXXX, the lender was XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and I was never late, never missed a payment. I had no issues, until the mortgage was sold/and transferred to another lender ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX continued to report to the credit bureaus on the account although the mortgage was transferred to XXXX XXXX, and I was then paying my mortgage to XXXX XXXX. XXXX reported to the bureaus, non-payments on the old mtg. account with them from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX -- although I contacted their office, my attorney contacted them, and I wrote letters to the credit bureau, who tried to have them clear it-they refused. As of today ( XX/XX/XXXX ), the negative report from XXXX still appears on my actual credit report as a negative item impacting my score, and it is listed on the 3 bureaus that I have 2 mortgages ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX ), and the one at XXXX lists as 90 days late. Then, as I begin investigating this further again, writing letters to all the bureaus about the situation with XXXX and XXXX XXXX, all of a sudden XXXX XXXX began reporting me late on my mortgage payment with them, after I have had a 7 year payment history of on time payments with them, and no late payments, and a current account in the midst of this devastating pandemic. The bureaus have requested documentation/ proof from both of them, XXXX XXXX refused to change their report and so did XXXX XXXX and refused to provide proof. These are affecting my total financial wellbeing. The fair resolution should be that XXXX needs to completely remove their account from off my credit bureau report/clear the negative items for the 8 months that is listed -- which were after the mortgage was transferred over to XXXX XXXX XXXX Additionally, XXXX XXXX also needs to clear their negative report because my account with them is paid on time, and is current, and has been on time for the past 7 years. It has been a 7 year nightmare of with these 2 players in the banking industry, to try to correct the incorrect reporting of these accounts.
