on XX/XX/2021 booked a rental car on XXXX to pick up at XXXX XXXX XXXX at a company called XXXX, the booking was for XXXX. my flight from XXXX XXXX to XXXX landed at XXXX on XX/XX/2021, I tried to contact this company on my phone and I was always getting a machine or automatic voicemails I was unable to communicate. I tried multiple times and they never picked up the phone. they sent me a text message around XXXX saying that I was a no show that I have to rebook with XXXX when I checked the same company was not available so I ended up using a known company called XXXX which I booked and picked up the car after loosing a a couple hours at the airport. A few days later I noticed that XXXX charge me {$270.00} so I disputed the charge with Capital one and they credited me for the amount but in XXXX they charged me back as XXXX supposedly provided screenshots and evidence that they did all correctly. I resent all my info to Capital one to appeal the case providing new evidence with dates and time and capital one said the case is closed they can't help me because XXXX closed the case and they can not do anything else. I will be providing some screenshots with my phone call records of my phone company with all the calls attempts...
