I began law school in XXXX of XXXX. Since then, UAS Connect has requested payment and submitted " past due '' notices and reports to credit bureaus 9 times. The reports on my credit report reflect past due payments for XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX - XXXX of XXXX, and XXXX - XXXX of XXXX. Not only did I dispute these reports on XXXX XXXX over 6 times, I emailed UAS customer service 3 times between XXXX and XXXX. I received one response on XX/XX/XXXX citing that they corrected my deferment status. However, they made no attempt to correct my credit score. Each time learned a payment was late, I paid them because I did not know any better. I recently spoke with a representative, seeking payment on my " past due '' account on XX/XX/XXXX. I told her that my account is and was in deferment from XXXX XXXX. She confirmed that each past due notice was made in error and that I should not have been penalized on my credit report. However, no correction has been made. I called a second time on XX/XX/XXXX to request the changes be made immediately, but was told doing so is " impossible. '' As a result of their refusal to correct 2 years worth of negligence, my credit score fell upwards of 200 points. I can't apply to the only credit cards or car loans I can afford. Most importantly, I have to delay my application to the California Bar until my credit score is repaired. UAS Connect was put on notice in XXXX, again in XXXX, and for the third time in XXXX. UAS 's conduct is not only predatory, but reflect willful violations of the FCRA.
