My name XXXX XXXX. my SSN is XXXX. I sent a letter which is dated on XX/XX/2021 to reinvestigate some inaccurate and misleading information on my report but its been over three months now I still havent got any response from your agency. According to the FCRA your organization is suppose to provide reponse within 30 days but or immediately or delete the negative items but its seems your ignoring this. I've done my research and I know my rights as a consumer. You guys seem to be ignoring my letters probably thinking that i dont know anything about the law but if you continue to ignore my message i will hire a consumer rights attorney to deal with you. I will be waiting for your positive response in this matter. Thank you
