They continue to report late payments, which is affecting my credit worthiness and my ability to get a home. XXXX XXXX and FCC Finance continue to report incorrect information to my credit report. I will be filing a consumer lawsuit against XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX for their negligence and total disrespect to my claim. Ive disputed this account over 6 times and yet it still reports on my credit. Ive sent in verifying documents such as, police report, sign affidavit, dispute letters, even called XXXX and spoke to the special handling department and was told my social security number and personal information did not match and my XXXX account was going into maintenance to correct errors that XXXX has reported. I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of FCC who ensured me that the fraudulent account would be removed immediately from there system due to fraud but yet it still continues to report. If this account is not removed with in 24 hours. I will be filing a lawsuit against FCC Finance LCC and XXXX. For violating my consumer laws and violating the FCRA. I also believe that FCC Financial has violated the ( The federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) after countless times of me letting them know that the debt was not mines. They still called and harassed me concerning the account. Under the FDCPA, lawsuits alleging violations of the FDCPA must be brought " within one year from the date on which the violation occurs.
