I had 2 student loans which are been paid off by a settlement by NAVIENT SOLUTIONS , LLC The U.S. Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service ( Fiscal Service ), applied my Internal Revenue check for the amount of {$5000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX To cover my debt to the following agency : The U.S.DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION EDUCATIONAL CREDIT MANAGEMENT CORP. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MN XXXX Then Navient kept calling me claiming that they had one of my student loans and my taxes were applied to only one of my student loans and that I need to pay them for my second loan. They send me a letter offering me to settle my account for {$430.00} and I made two payments to cover this amount one was on XX/XX/XXXX for {$250.00} dollars and the second one was made on XX/XX/XXXX for {$180.00} to complete the {$430.00} But now another company called XXXX is claiming that they have my student loan I call and told them my student loans were already paid off, and they told me to fax them my documents the proof of what I said to them by phone, and I did now they send me another letter to let me know that my student loan was transferred to another company and that I need to wait for them to contact me. Because they can't help me any longer.
