To whom it may concern : my complaint is as follows, in XXXX of XXXX, our XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX trailer on loan number XXXX, had a payoff request asked for by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. A check for the entire payoff amount was submitted per loan office with XXXX XXXX According to XXXX XXXX, Bank of the West had never processed original check and it was not cashed which crested late charges. XXXX XXXX coordinated that mishap with them and supposedly all was resolved. Bank of the West, continued to issue notices for late fees and interest fees for payment due to my account after this transaction was completed. I contacted XXXX XXXX, inquiring and was informed that Bank of the West did not process the loan payoff correctly. My apology for not having specific dates but if you check the records of Bank of the West, they have a call log as to when and how often I called and spoke with them. Over the next 4 months to current date there have been several calls to resolve what was initially, {$33.00} outstanding. Our position on this stands firm. These charges are not legitimate, and this account must be closed and satisfied and declared PAID IN FULL AS PROMISED. In addition, Bank of the West has the responsibility to report back to the credit agencies : XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, removing any negative and/or derogatory information reported against XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Respectfully submitted, XXXX XXXX XXXX
