XXXX XXXX XXXX Commenity Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Oh XXXX Last 4 of account XXXX Phone no. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I phoned them concerning a XXXX charge for a yearly membership, that I opted out of when they sent an email a few months ago My balance was at 0.00 for a very long time. I recently relocated to Florida part time and just had mail brought by my husband. In it was a bill for XXXX now they want 40.00 late fees in addition and reported it it credit bureau. I just phoned them. Explained multiple times being transfered, with the last transfer telling me to call back during business hours time was XXXX I got nowhere. In addition Im have a similar issue with XXXX which previously was Commenity Bank as well, now sold to another bank and they too have reported late payments and gave some line about my payments being made online need to go thru new bank etc. I have XXXX info on them an d account with them, you get absolutely nowhere talking to them
