My mortgage is with Planet Home lending ( purchased from XXXX ). We have been paying down our mortgage principal through our monthly payments. I have requested that Planet adjust our monthly payment amounts owed for this reduction in principal. They have refused by stating '' the investor does not allow this ''. I do not see this requirement in my mortgage terms yet their customer service says that this can not be changed. I have tried several times to reach senior executives and only get form letters. Phone calls are not returned, when you are able to find contact details as these will not be given to customers. By not reducing my principal outstanding Planet is charging me interest on a larger amount that does not exist, this creates excess income for them at our expense. There are other issues that they do which are not in my terms but again customer service can not explain or adjust.
