We have a discharge date of XX/XX/2021 from a XXXX XXXXXXXX Plan. Selene Finance who holds our Mortgage refuses to send us any statements or speak with us. They also have not reported to the Credit Agencies that we have an active Mortgage at all. Since our case was discharged our counsel will no longer help us address this continuing problem. We have spent countless hours calling, leaving voicemails and emails to Selene Finance showing them that the bankruptcy court already closed this discharge, however they still will mot speak with us or change our Loan to show that we even have a mortgage to the creditors.
