Identity theft On Saturday, XX/XX/21 at XXXX pm I noticed that my cell phone did not have cellular service but could still access phone apps with wifi. I was unable to make or receive phone calls and texts. While using my phone, I accessed the XXXX app and found XXXX alerts ( XX/XX/21 credit inquiry from XXXX for a XXXX credit card XXXX XXXX CO, and XX/XX/21 with a credit inquiry alert from Equifax for a XXXX XXXX credit card in XXXX FL ). The credit bureaus were closed for the day at the time I noticed the alerts. I called XXXX, Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX the morning of XXXX XX/XX/21 to report fraudulent activity. I did not request these credit inquiries. I also went to an XXXX XXXX XXXX store and learned my phone number was highjacked and a fraud alert was filed.
