XXXX XXXX, 2021 Listed 6 /90 day late Payments missed under the Cares act. It was my understanding that the student loan Payments were on pause. I quickly notified XXXX when I seen the late payments. One loan, placed 6 times. During this time Iost my Daughter on XXXX day, I couldn't think straight for months. Finally looking into the student loans I got everything straightened out but it has put a black mark on my credit score. I never been late. I sent a letter to the credit agencies and disputed. They sent no proof. I then contacted XXXX and they wanted a dispute letter. This is wrong during a national pandemic
