Ive called CAP one about this and got nothing but LIES and justifications which are NOT true. As of XXXX I had a + balance ( that the bank OWED ME... this is MY MONEY not credit ... of XXXX XXXX ) I did a charge on XXXX of XXXX XXXX for some food gift cards. I told a XXXX at XXXX XXXX, to dispute the charge she also refused which is illegal. she claimed it was a cash advance ( it wasnt it was for PHYSICAL GOODS )... but that doesnt matter you CAN NOT CHARGE ME A FEE ON MY OWN XXXX MONEY ... this is PURE XXXX and a SCAM ... another way for XXXX XXXX to RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!! CAPITAL ONE charged me a FEE of {$10.00} for a CASH ADVANCE ( on my own money!!! ) this is a blatant FRAUD from CAP one ) ... its MY MONEY ... this {$46.00} was NOT from my CREDIT LIMIT and it was NOT DRAWN from my credit line... plain and simple ... it WAS MY MONEY ... and the XXXX CREDIT CARD of CAP one is trying to charge me a FEE on my money!!!!! One XXXX rep tried to say that the {$42.00} charge from XXXX comes from my credit line... NOT TRUE if that was true it would show my credit line used {$42.00} and I would have a balance still of my {$46.00}. I want the {$10.00} SCAM RIP OFF FEE the XXXX one is trying to charge me reversed ( as its a SCAM you can not charge me a CASH ADVANCE FEE on my OWN XXXX MOENY!!!! ) its MY MONEY. And once that is done I want the balance of the XXXX XXXX mailed to me and both credit cards closed, as I refuse to do business with XXXX. Also filing this complaint with the XXXX ( Virginia cap 1 headquarters ) and CFPB ( https : //www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/ )
