Frontline asset management has not provided me with validation. I requested verification in XXXX and they sent a COPY of a statement in XXXX, and said that is all they had on file to give me at the time. My dispute with them- On XXXX XXXX I sent a letter certified mail asking frontline asset management to validate the debt and provide competent evidence that I have a legal obligation to pay the debt. I asked for an agreement that bears a signature of alleged debtor where he or she agreed to pay the creditor as well as an agreement with their client that grants them authority to collect on alleged debt. I also requested any insurance claims that have been made by any creditor regarding the acct, verification that this debt was assigned or sold to collector as well as other details, see attached. This is a request for validation made Pursuant to the fair debt Collection practices act. I specifically requested validation, not verification. Regardless, the certified mail was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX am to frontline. I received no response from frontline asset management at any point even after 4 months had passed. Please note, this complaint is strictly regarding the lack of response to my certified letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. I have proof of delivery. See attached.
