I lost my former job at XXXX due to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, and after also reporting XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I was sent to unemployment by HR. HR then lied to the state, saying I picked this, and my unemployment funds, ie. any income help during a global crisis to which I was suffering from at the time, were withheld for approximately 4 months. I spent this time on the phone, making calls to get into relief programs, etc., anything I could to save my credit score and not lose my good standing there too, as is all I have left after working very hard for years to get it to the mid XXXX. XXXX XXXX was the ONLY company that did not have any options, but wasted approximately XXXX weeks of my time, begging them with my situation for help. I was sent to one tier after another, then management, only to be brought back to the beginning of this call loop, making me now miss a payment when I was on hold in this circle of nonsense, with no solution other than a confirmed smear on my credit report. It will be included in the damages of my current lawsuit against XXXX multiple violations, and the ongoing domino effect it has had in my life. This is now negatively impacting my living situation, preventing me from getting my own apartment now that I finally have a new job. I have tried to dispute it through XXXX, however, only received a XXXX check from them months later for their 'failure to serve me properly during the pandemic, global crisis ongoing. ' Their dispute was settled in a matter of a week, and did not remove it from any of my reports, as they just confirmed they failed but put it on my shoulders. This nonsense is now on all XXXX reports and is the only negative thing listed there, messing with my life further. Their lack of assistance during a global crisis to which I suffered from yet still made it my full time job to call all billings I had to make sure I did not suffer further was to no avail with this heartless company, XXXX XXXX. I am working hard to eliminate any standing with them and close the account, but for now, need to continue my fight against their false report. I made every effort to remain in good standing and got help from all else but this company. They have taken action against me in filing these alleged missed payments ; I literally ran out of all my savings and had to ask family and friends to help me survive. Likewise beg billing services for understanding, adding more humiliation to a difficult situation. I should not be made liable for this, as is a false smear against me when this company simply did not act to assist anyone on a human level during a time of ongoing suffering in this world. give me my life back please and get rid of these XXXX missed payments ' I never missed. I literally lost everything, and XXXX seemed to go out of their way repeatedly to ensure I continued to suffer even more, and continue to.
