The three reporting agencies ( experian, XXXX and XXXX XXXX have reporting a bankruptcy in error. They are you a company ( XXXX XXXX ) to verify the information thru public records. This is against the verification rules. Public records can not be verified or checked for errors. The US bankruptcy courts provided me with a letter stating they do not verify nor provide any information regarding court proceedings. Therefore the agencies can't properly verify the information in credit report. By doing so the are violating federal law and XXXX rules.
