American Express is also is false representing the total amount which is violating 15 USC 1692 E ( 2 ) - False or Misleading Representation by saying I owe a past debt of {$1700.00} and a new debt worth {$450.00}. American Express is harassing me and impacted my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Claiming that I owe a debt to this is very offensive and American Express is violating 15 USC 1692d ( 2 ) - harassment or abuse.
