NYS department of higher education has discharged my student loan, once i attempted to return to college at XXXX XXXX I was reported to nslds for obtaining a student loan with the intention of discharging another loan, that is not true. XXXX sent word to XXXX university that I am not eligible to receive federal student loans and that improper information blocked my ability to obtain my bachelors degree and hindering my quality of life. According to federal student aid the loan was discharged and I am not in fault and am eligible for othe loan. I demand that XXXX remove the hold off my record and allow XXXX XXXX to disburse my student loans, asap.
