Consumer Narrative

Hey so I started with this company and they made me provide proof to get a SECURED cc. I gave a XXXX $ deposit. All of a sudden they started requesting proof of identity. Which I provided when I got the card for this secured card. My first problem was a charge from XXXX XXXX. They promised a credit and never followed through. I provided screenshots with names etc and Discover reversed the charge with the information provided. Which caused me to be over the limit. I continued to pay the bill. Then the last straw was stiffing me for my security deposit right as I was approaching my XXXX months. I would like my money refunded. I no longer care about having the card as it is now closed.
