Capital One bank allowed {$7000.00} from my account for a check that has no resemblance if my signature .I never wrote the check. They have absolutely no excuse for accepting such an obviously fraudulent check. Even after being so careless, they wouldn't even agree to give me temporary reimbursement till they finish they're over extended investigation. In addition to that they make in virtually impossible to speak to anyone or complain about it, by not giving any serious means of contacting them, for the one number they provide never has anyone picking up the phone, leaving you hanging for hours. I Don't think a bank should handle other peoples money like this, especially when it was completely they're fault. Thank you
