My information was exposed in the Equifax Breach. I submitted two claims regarding this one in XXXX when I first was aware of the breach and again in XX/XX/XXXX after NO RESPONSE was received from Equifax. As a result of the breach I have several pieces of information that were FRADUELENT and NOT made by me on my consumer credit report. I have sent EQUIFAX my police report, Identity Theft Report and several other pieces if information about my disputes but they REFUSE to remove this information from my consumer credit report. Under the FAIRS CREDIT ACT I have rights as a consumer to fair credit reporting and EQUIFAX is REFUSING to remove these fraudulent inquiries with a generic response. I have been dealing with this for now more than 2 years and I am tired of the wasted time, pain and suffering, money and financial hardship I have experienced because of EQUIFAX. I want my credit report fix IMMEDIARTELY or I WILL FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST EQUIFAX. I have attached the Equifax Breach claim along with supporting documents of the fraudulent inquires that were made on my credit report because of EQUIFAX
