New York and company never sent me a bill. I know I had to make the payment I called and made the payment. The following month they said I was late. Technically I was late I made the payment before time so they applied 2 payment for the same month. When I tried to clear it with them they said they cant do anything about it. They closed the account I dont owe then and they still havent removed the late fee. This causing a problem on my credit report. I need to purchase my first home the American dream and I cant do that because of a {$25.00} dollar payment they considered late that technically was not late.
