I am requesting that they delete and remove said record due to inaccurate reporting. Per credit guidelines a debt collector must report accurate information. Jefferson capital has violated that order. On XX/XX/XXXX the collection dropped off. However, as my records indicate Jefferson Capital went back and added debt onto my account as of XX/XX/XXXX. That is in accurate as there previous records has never indicated an account as of XX/XX/XXXX and the account had dropped off. I am requesting this account be deleted & removed.
