On XX/XX/XXXX there was a transaction for {$100.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and posted to my XXXX Statement on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX there was a transaction for {$2.00} from XXXX XXXX that was included in my XXXX Statement with a posted date of XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I made a payment of {$480.00} that should have paid off all transactions including 2 transactions ( {$100.00} XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX + {$4.00} XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ) that had yet to be included to my Statements. Today I received my XXXX Statement with a balance of {$110.00}. XXXX statement included a total of 4 transactions. {$100.00} XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, {$4.00} XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( both of which are noted above ), {$100.00} CDSR with a transaction date of XX/XX/XXXX and a posted date of XX/XX/XXXX, and {$2.00} XXXX XXXX with a transaction date of XX/XX/XXXX and a posted date of XX/XX/XXXX. Both of those transactions were already included on previous statements ( {$100.00} XXXX was on my XX/XX/XXXX statement and the {$2.00} XXXX XXXX was on my XX/XX/XXXX statement ) and should have been paid off when I made a {$480.00} payment on XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted Aspire 7 times over the last couple days and they continue to state they think that the 2 transactions previously noted were pending over the last 2 months and never posted to my account balance and statement until XX/XX/XXXX statement. When I show them all the above information and go over the calculations Aspire then informed me that they Think that it must have been pending for the 2 months or I made duplicate transactions on those dates ( {$100.00} XXXX XXXX + {$100.00} XXXX XXXX, {$2.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX + {$2.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX ). However when I ask to go over my last XXXX transactions those charges those charges are only mentioned once. I have spent over 5+ hours on the phone with Aspire with no resolution. Also I did not recognize either of the charges ( {$100.00} XXXX XX/XX/XXXX or {$2.00} XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ) when they were originally made in XXXX and I opened a case up with the fraud department to investigate. They did inform me that specifically the XXXX XXXX charges is a fraud issue they are familiar with and many Aspire Card holders have also opened up investigations regarding their accounts being fraudulently accessed and this investigation can take up to 90 days. That is totally understandable as my complaint is not about my account being fraudulently accessed. My complaint is solely regarding Aspire charging me twice for the {$100.00} CDSR ( it was posted on my XXXX Statement and again on my XXXX Statement ) and twice for the {$2.00} XXXX XXXX ( it was posted on my XXXX Statement and again on my XXXX Statement ) while XXXX debates that and has told me they Think they were Pending since XXXX and just recently included in my XXXX Statement. I have all statements downloaded and will submit if needed when opening up this complaint. I opened up my Aspire Mastercard Account in XXXX and received my first statement on XX/XX/XXXX. Since opening the account I have made a total of {$2100.00} ( {$1900.00} purchases + {$71.00} Interest + {$120.00} annual fee ) in charges and made a total amount of {$2200.00} in payments to cover XXXX additional purchases that I made that were not reflected on my XXXX Statement ( {$100.00} XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX + {$4.00} XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ) with the expectation of XXXX statement to have a small balance of some interest owed to previous purchases.
