I'm filing a complaint against Conn Credit Corp. After reaching out on numerous occasions to resolve this dispute my letters were returned. In XX/XX/XXXX I rented a washer and dryer from the company and continued to make monthly payments until the account was paid off. Conn continues to report negatively late payments in XXXX and XXXX. I contacted them XXXX months ago to request they stop sending me advertisements or flyers because I'm not interested in purchasing anything else with their company and they have not removed the late payments from my XXXX Credit Report. My account was open in XXXX and the last XXXX numbers of my account number is XXXX.
