I have communicated with the XXXX major credit bureaus in regards to an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( that does not belong to me ) that is now charged off and impacting my credit. I requested to have proof of my signature from the credit bureaus of which they could not provide and the account remains. This account is now charged of to a collection agency : MRS BPO , LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NJ ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX Amount : {$650.00} Account Number : XXXX : XXXX This company has been attempting to collect a debt that does not belong to me nor are they able to provide viable proof that this account with XXXX XXXX belongs to me. They have sent me documents that has an address that is not associated with me. The address that they have is not my current address nor have I lived there. I would like CFPB to hold XXXX XXXX accountable and MRS BPO , LLC for not legally reporting an account that is not mine. I have communicated with both entities via mail to request that this account is removed. They are not cooperating with the Fair Credit Reporting act to require an actual signature or supporting documents to prove this account belongs to me. This collection agency is practicing unlawful methods to obtain money for an invalid debt. I would like this account removed at once. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
