money is missing out of my account. My balance was {$6600.00} when I went to sleep. a {$4900.00} payment was applied. No transactions came in. When I woke up, my balance was missing approximately $ XXXX. I attempted to dispute the matter. The banker stated that he see where there may be about {$450.00} due back. I called to check status, and was advised that nothing will be refunded. I am missing money from my account.
