XXXX is horrible, they sent me a letter saying I had 30 days from the date of letter in late XX/XX/2021 to verify my identity and send notarized copy of my social and ID and paycheck stub to verify my identity. I did so and was speaking with fraud department very unprofessional and uneducated about what they're talking about. Gave me the run around for a whole week. I was speaking to a rep yesterday whom said they would call me back. NEVER got a call back never got email. But today when I called they informed me that they closed my account for unknown reasons ... .This is a BIG WASTE OF TIME and messed up my business and suffered a loss and was in XXXX handling business and wasn't able to conduct business properly this is unacceptable. I just got off the phone with them and the rep lied and said I didn't summit docs I did. I responded back in a timely manner and no communication was given or reason of why account has been closed. Rep was clueless and didn't allow me to speak to a rep. Rep also was rude and didn't help me AT ALL I lost money, but most importantly time and was stuck in XXXX thanks to XXXX. I sent email to XXXX XXXX XXXX as well still waiting on response.
