In late XX/XX/2021, i Received a letter dated XX/XX/2021 from XXXX XXXX Claiming to represent Commonwealth Financial Systems Inc. The letter alleged a debt which i do not owe. This collector is fraudulently attempting to collect debt I don't know by using coercive tactics. Commonwealth financial systems has reported the debt to the XXXX major credit bureaus without giving me an opportunity to respond within 30 days. As i file this complaint the 30 day period which is required by the law for me to respond to the letter has still not elapsed yet. i have already sent a letter of dispute to commonwealth financial systems inc., XXXX and XXXX and attached copies to this complaint. XXXX has reported this item on my credit report without diligently checking the accuracy of the information and whether the furnisher has been compliant with federal law.
