Transunion is still inaccurately reporting fraudulent information because the bankruptcy court has provided me with documentation that I have attached stating that they have not furnished any information in regards to the bankruptcy to Transunion. I contacted Transunion on numerous occasions as well as disputed the bankruptcy and was told it has been verified via third party company XXXX. I sent a letter to XXXX stated that the bankruptcy doesn't belong to me and XXXX removed the bankruptcy from my file. XXXX XXXX sent me documentation showing it was removed and send the same information to Transunion. At this time Transunion is telling me the only way it can be removed is an expungement via the bankruptcy court. The bankruptcy court does not have any record of this file and does not offer expungement for bankruptcy case.
