The collection XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$810.00} is not mine and showing on my credit report. I have contacted them several times and they have not complied. I even sent letters to all 3 credit Berueas and they too are not complying and they are not adhering to their timelines. I even have certified letters from all 3 bureaus not once but 2 times for this matter! The last certified mail was on XX/XX/2021 How many times must I send certified letters before I get a response? My original contact with the lender and the bereues was back in XXXX! I have asked to remove this erroneous item from my report. I want this taken off my credit report ASAP. This is not mine, and this is causing me issues in obtaining a mortgage.
