XXXX XXXX I deposited a money order for the amount of XXXX XXXX times XXXX different money orders my account was put into the negative XXXX $ I contacted the bank in regards to my account customer service stated I can not deposit money orders into the bank and the money will not be funded to my account that I will have to bring cash and was hung up on upon the call. I then contacted the bank again regarding my transaction and was told their was a hold placed and will not be removed I was again hung up on via phone I am not receiving any service in regards to my money or my account
