Had a secured credit card with First Progress. Opened XX/XX/XXXX and closed by the financial intuition on XX/XX/XXXX. The card had a {$300.00} security deposit. Security deposit has not been returned. Card had a zero balance with no pending transactions. Was not able to contact first progress by phone or online. Sent a letter in XX/XX/XXXX, requesting my security deposit be refunded and provided my card and updated information for myself. Have not received a response
