I sent a letter exercising my Equity and disputing the student loans asking for the XXXX asking for the school to send me the " Original Instrument of Indebtedness in it's original form ''. I've gotten no response back from Navient Dept of Education ... even though I have a certified mail receipt saying that they did indeed receive my dispute letter on XXXX. This is now a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I intend to follow through with a law suit ( as I have a paper trial ) FCRA SECTION 611 Part ( A ) ( 1 ) failing to respond in 45 days. I also sue for the max for also noncompliance. If this item is not removed from my credit report.
