I was XXXX due to XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX. on XX/XX/XXXX my wife called XXXX XXXX to notify them of my XXXX and ask for an extension or forbearance for the upcoming payment which was due between She was told that they would process the forbearance and email me confirmation. I received no emails or confirmation. following release from the hospital realizing they had not responded or confirmed the forbearance i made the payment over the phone. they still reported a thirty day late on my credit report and it has caused a substantial drop on my credit score. I would like the XXXX day late deleted from my credit report
