it has come to my attention that this student loan is reporting numerous times on my credit report, all under the same account number. Not only are they reporting fraudulently but are also reporting late payments on closed/transferred account which is a violation of the FDCPA. the account needs to be verified, and provide me the proper procedures made to ensure the integrity of the account is accurate. if can't supply me with the procedures taken to validate the account I would need this tradeline to be removed from my credit report immediately and stop all collection activities.
