Hello, I inquired my credit card issuer, capital one, to explore upgrades to my XXXX XXXX I upgraded my card based on the following information ; I had the option to downgrade to my original card, the physical card was to be metal, I would revive XXXX miles per dollar which I told equated to 2 % cash back. Once I found out some of the information I was provided with was invalid I requested my product change stop and I asked to keep the original card. My request was denied and I was told I could only get the XXXX XXXX XXXX which offered even less cash back then my original XXXX. The capital one representative lied to me and was not representing the facts when inquiring about the product change.
