We currently are have a mortgage with the money source. I am XXXX, my spouse is a XXXX veteran. We got behind cause my hours at work were not what they typical would be. We got behind in the mortgage. I reached to my mortgage company, we submitted a modification request which was suggested to me. We were denied due to them saying application missing a page but no one communicated that to me. We resubmitted application. We were told during this process not to make a payment so we didn't. Go more behind. I went and ahead & made payment last month. Found out today, we are denied again. I asked the next option. They said a repayment plan over 3 months or 6 months. I Said okay I can't do 3 months. They said, you'll have to feel out application for the XXXXmonths. I said okay. I said whats protecting my house until I know if I'm approved, they said nothing. I tried to make my normal monthly payment, they said since I'm on no assistance plan, they can only accept the total amount of {$10.00}, XXXX. This is ridiculous Please help
