I have file two previous complaints with Loan depot for a lien this missed 3 times and predatory lending. Both previous complaints have been closed with a letter from XXXX XXXX stating they would assist with the lien ; they also sent an authorization form which I returned. The form was sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX, which to this day I have not heard from anyone, especially my point of contact XXXX XXXX. I have reached out to XXXX XXXX and left voicemails, and have not received a phone call or an email. It is apparent they are closing out complaints and not doing their part and just sweeping it under the rug. Furtheremore they have not even addressed the predatory lending allegations. I will attached the letter and pertinent documents to this complaint
