My accounts started to act weird and every time I tried to explain to them that a charge that kept reoccurring wasnt mine and they would fix it for the time being and it would happen again the next month. Ever since then I havent been able to keep up with my payments because it keeps charging me for the reoccurring transaction and then comes a interest fee making it even harder.. Then shortly after all this happened, my card was stolen and my account was hacked. I tried to get on and change the password but every time I tried it kept saying error. On XX/XX/2021 was the first time I noticed my account was being hacked. The person tried to pay the account off and use it for their personal needs.
