I, XXXX XXXX, consumer and natural person, submitted a dispute to EQUIFAX and they stated that they've " verified '' that the items I disputed are being " reported correctly ''. They have NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation that they have on file that is required under Section 609 & 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) - ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) and under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA- you are required to " ... promptly DELETE all information which CAN NOT be verified.
