In XX/XX/2021, I received my account balance from XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of ( {$910.00} ). Prior to receiving the invoice, I had moved from I moved XXXX to XXXX mid-February due to the impacted XXXX had on my immediate XXXX. Because of the move I was unemployed until XXXX 2021. Therefore, I wasn't able to pay the balance of the invoice until XXXX of 2021. I mailed the check to XXXX XXXX for the balance and did think much about it ( balance paid in full ). In XXXX I was personally dealing and experiencing XXXX XXXX ; one member of my household tested positive for XXXX and XXXX which placed our focus on overcoming XXXX In XX/XX/2021, received an e-mail notification advising me that a collection agency had report onto my account for an unpaid balance of {$910.00}. I immediately contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX the office XXXX on XX/XX/2021 to inquire about ( XXXX XXXX reporting and explained that I had mailed the balance in XX/XX/2021 and aplogized for not confirming the check was cashed and explained how my family and I had been dealing with XXXX XXXXrom XXXX to sometime in XXXX. The office XXXX stated the check was never received and advised that if I take care of the balance that day she will accept payment and have the collection agency remove the collection account from the credit bureau ( Outside sources ). I made the payment and XXXX e-mailed the receipt from XXXX XXXX XXXX and the next from days e-mailed me the request to have ( XXXX ) remove the account collection/outsources. With that said, I contacted on XXXX and Experian ( XX/XX/2021 ) and opened a dispute and provided both Credit Bueres with the pay receipt from XXXX XXXX XXXX and uploaded on ( XX/XX/2021 ) the e-mail from the office XXXX to have ( XXXX ) remove the account from my report ( outsources ) as XXXX XXXX agreed to accept the payment and not take any other actions. On today 's day XX/XX/2021, Experian sent a resolution email stated they had updated my credit report with balance paid but refusing to remove the collection account from my credit report, XXXX accepted the documentation and has removed the collection from my report. I contacted Experian again and explained what was uploaded to my Experian disputed that I paid the original account holder and have never owed the agency any money and the account holder agrees to not take actions against me personally since the account was paid in full. XXXX has received the e-mail from XXXX XXXX XXXX asking them to remove my account from collections and obviously refused to do so.
