I received my credit report from Equifax on XX/XX/2021 with unauthorized accounts still showing on my report after several letters have been mailed to you!! I have also included court documents that shows that the XXXX account has been dismissed! Why would this account be dismissed if the account was accurate! XXXX has sent me a letter stating that it is a fraudulent account and requested that you update my credit report. I attached that letter creditor verifying that this information on my credit report is inaccurate and should be removed from my credit file I also have an account showing on my credit from XXXX XXXX XXXX that you report stated was verified from the company. Before contacting you, I reached out to them also and they sent me a final bill. I informed them that they are breaking the law and I hope that you have not taken that same bill and verified my debt. I would like to know where did you go to verify this debt OTHER than XXXX XXXX XXXX false altered bill? If you don't remove these false accounts, then you will be held liable, and I will take further legal action to ensure that I am monetary compensated for all the stress and denials that I have received due to this false reporting. This is my fourth attempt to get these false accounts deleted from my account. I know that you have received my letters because I have also included where one of your representatives signed for the mail certified. Please take the time and read through my documents and send me legal proof of why these items are still showing on my reports.
