After several conflicting statements, Dovenmuehle has indicated that they have cancelled private mortgage insurance on my mortgage as it has met an 80 % XXXX. Since this point in time they have run multiple incorrect escrow analysis statements including but not limited to : Incorrect disbursement date and incorrect amount for property insurance Elimination of escrow for property insurance ( this was never requested by me ) Continued billing for XXXX despite written acknowledgement that XXXX has been cancelled I have contacted Dovenmuehle on multiple occasions via telephone and email to discuss all of the above. They have not responded and the escrow analysis continues to be incorrect. I am required to pay whatever amount they bill me despite it being incorrect otherwise they will report the loan delinquent to credit reporting agencies.
